The facility is a 20,000 Sq. Ft. two-story office building boasting a clean elegant design. The facility includes offices; conference rooms and employee break rooms. LANL facility construction managers will be occupying this new structure.

The building is designed around a central courtyard and is the cornerstone building for the new TA-63 campus .
