Just for Kids Dental Clinic was a 5,000 square foot tenant improvement in the existing Ladera Shopping Center on Albuquerque’s West Side. The project included the demolition of the existing tenant space and construction of new office, restrooms, laboratory and reception areas. The scope also included an x-ray room, six opitories and a hygiene room with four chairs.
