Michael S Rich Contractors, Inc. completely renovated the Club House at the Paradise Hills Golf Course. The Paradise Hills Golf Course had recently gone through bankruptcy and was in disrepair due to years of neglect.

The Renovation comprised of a change in the style of the building from ranch style to California Spanish Style. New building entries were constructed throughout. Other new construction consisted of a kitchen, bar, banquet room, restrooms, a pro-shop and a new golf cart storage facility.
