At the close of each project, Mick Rich Contractors sends out a Performance Questionnaire to the Owners of the project, the Architects, and all subcontractors. Their feedback on all facets of the project proves to be an invaluable tool in allowing us to gauge our work and giving us helpful suggestions on how we can improve our performance in areas ranging from our ability to adhere to specifications and drawings to neatness of the job site.
