Phase I covered demolition of the old auditorium lobby and excavation of the new lobby site. The 3,500 square foot new addition included the lobby (also an exhibition space) and an indoor box office strategically located for outside ticket sales. Construction also included new projection and technical booths, a large concession stand, and handicap accessible restrooms. Phase II included back stage storage, classrooms, dressing rooms, a black box theatre, and a patio with an extensive sculpture garden.
